What happens if the person filling out my form is already in Highrise®?

If the contact already exists in Highrise® it will still go in as as a brand new contact with all of the data that they provided on the form. If you determine that they are in fact a duplicate you can use the merge feature in Highrise to automatically combine the records by clicking "Edit this person" from within Highrise. If you utilize the "Company" field and the company already exists, then the form submitter will be added to that company. We do it this way because you might in fact get multiple contacts/clients that do have the same name and it's better to be safe, especially when it comes to new business!

Is this a recurring charge or one-time purchase?

One-time purchase. Upon purchase you'll be able to download a fully functional version of the software. Our software is uploaded to your website and runs on your web server/host. When updates become available they'll be posted to the Manage Purchases page for you to freely obtain. What are the limitations of the demo?

The demo is available for you to try to make sure that your website setup and hosting works smoothly with our script.  The function of the demo is limited to simply inserting the contact name into Highrise®.  It can also send a confirmation email to you, the website owner so you can verify that email sending is working.  Once you have the demo working, the installation of the full version is a snap.  Simply purchase the full script and then upload it over-top of your demo files leaving your config.php file intact.

Does your code put all the right numbers, emails, websites, etc into the proper Highrise® contact fields as well as making a note with all the contact fields in the note?

Yes, the form processor for Highrise® allows you to match name, company, title, phone, email and website fields from your form to the new contact record. At a minimum, a first name is required by Highrise® to make the new record. From there you have a choice as to what to do with the rest of the data on your form. You can either have ALL the data from the form be added as the first note for the new contact or you can just have the data that is not a Highrise® contact be ingnored by Highrise® and sent to you via a confirmation e-mail.

Can the form processor "tag" the newly created Highrise® contact?

Highrise® API recently released the ability to add tags to entries. We now offer full tag support for Highrise® contacts.

You can have as many tags as you like. Tags must be in the value attribute and separated by commas.

Why Doesn't the Street Address, Twitter and other fields go into the contact record?

Unfortunately not all of the Highrise® contact fields are accessible through their API.  Those that are have been included in the script.

Can I use multiple forms?

Yes. The form processer will be installed and configured once, but you can point as many forms to it as you like. A common scenario would be a website that has a form for a demo request and a form for a quote request. Each of these forms can have their own fields, tags, questions pages, etc.

Can I install this multiple times on one website?

Yes, if you require that different forms redirect to different thank-you pages or want to assign highrise users to differnet forms using their own API keys then you will need to simply install the S2 Form Processor: For Highrise® multiple times on your website. By default we suggest you install the scripts in a folder called /s2form/ however, you are free to rename this folder and place it anywhere you want. Just remember to update your forms so that they post to the proper installation.

Where is my data, do you guys have it?

No, this script runs entirely on your website and web host and is never ever sent to us. Data from the form is sent directly your Highrise account via the Highrise API. Optionally, the form data can also be sent to you, the website operator, in the form of a confirmation email.
