Once you've setup your options and uploaded our code to your website, you simply need to make some simple edits your existing website form, or use our sample form, so that your fields get matched to the proper FreshBooks fields.

Identify Your Form Fields

The following can be used to send form data to FreshBooks® as a new client: name, first_name, last_name, company, email, work_phone, home_phone, mobile_phone, fax, street_1, street_2, city, state, code. Any other form fields, such as a user message textbox, will be automatically added as a "note" for the new client.

*if name is used then the first and last name will automatically be parsed if both exist

Easy Installation:

Full documentation and helpful tips are provided in the software package however these are the basic steps of the installation. Setup typically takes between 15-30 minutes.

1. Upload the files to your web host
2. Edit the config file to your liking
3. Set your form action to our process.php script (sample form provided)
4. Tag the fields on your form you'd like to be mapped to FreshBooks®
5. Run the test script to verify everything is working
