Identify Your Form Fields:

The following can be used to send form data to Highrise® as a new contact: *name, first_name, last_name, title, company, phone, email, web_site, tags. Any other form fields, such as user messages or questions boxes will be automatically added as a the first "note" for the new contact.

*if name is used then the first and last name will automatically be parsed if both exist

Easy Installation:

Full documentation and helpful tips are provided in the software package however these are the basic steps of the installation. Setup typically takes between 15-30 minutes.

1. Upload the files to your web host
2. Edit the config file to your liking
3. Set your web form action to the /s2form/process.php script (sample form provided)
4. Tag the fields on your form you'd like to be mapped to Highrise®
5. Run the test script to verify everything is working
6. Enjoy
